Job Title: AI/ML Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team. As an AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and implement algorithms to power intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions based on business requirements.

• Preprocess, clean, and structure large datasets for machine learning applications.

• Implement, train, and fine-tune supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments.

• Continuously evaluate model performance and optimize for accuracy, speed, and scalability.

• Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

• Develop AI/ML pipelines for end-to-end automation of data ingestion, model training, and deployment.

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy and scale AI/ML models.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI/ML Developer or in a related role.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI subfields is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment of AI models in production environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large-scale data.

• Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher) – preferred.
